How to re-instate access to your account

If you cannot access your DomainName.com account since you forgot the password for it, feel free to request our password reset feature.
Please note that you can request the password reset only in case you remember the email address your account is set to.

1st Step: Indicate the email address assigned to your account with DomainName and click Submit:

If you don't remember your password you can easily reset it using Password Reset feature

After you requested the password reset, the email with the link that you should click on to confirm the password reset submission will be sent to your email address. This link will be valid for two hours.


2nd Step: Click the reset link within 2 hours after you receive it (you can see an example of reset password email on the picture below):

Just click the link to reset your password.

After you click the link you will be forwarded to the reset password page.


3rd Step: Enter and confirm new password and click Save Changes:

Indicate new password for your account.


Now your password is reset so please use your email address as username and your new password to log in to your account.

In case you don't remember your DomainName.com account email address, feel free to inform us about it in support system.
