You can create a sub-account inside of your account with us. In order to proceed with this, you will need to do the following:
- Log in to your account with us using your email and password;
- Click on Hello, Customer!;
- Choose Contacts/Sub-Accounts option;
- Fill in the contact information;
- Check Tick to configure as a sub-account with client area access;
- Enter the password for the sub-account;
- Select Sub-Account Permissions and Email Preferences
- Click Save changes.
You will be able to modify settings for sub-account later from Hello, Customer! > Contacts/Sub-Accounts.
