Apple Mail

1. Enter your name, email address and corresponding password. Click Continue.

Full Name: your name which will appear as a sender name (e.g. DomainName.com customer).
Email Address: enter your full DomainName email address (e.g. email@mysite.com).
Password: password for this email address.
 

Indicate the required information to set up new email account.

 

2. Click on Show certificate to accept SSL certificate.
 

 

Verify Certificate to continue new email account setup.

 

3. Check the box Always trust.
 

Tick Always trust and click Connect button.

 

4. You can choose between POP and IMAP. In case you choose POP the email will be downloaded to your computer and removed from the server. But if you chose IMAP the emails will be synchronized between your email client and the server. It is convenient if you are going to use this email account for multiple devices like laptops, phones, tablets.
 

 

Indicate your Incoming mail server information and click Continue.

 

5. Enter Description of your email account, specify Incoming Mail Server, User Name and Password.

Description: here you can type any description that will help you to identify this email address (e.g. Mysite.com email).

Incoming Mail Server: host2.domainname.com

User Name: enter your full DomainName email address (e.g. email@mysite.com).

Password: password for this email address.
 

Indicate your Outgoing Mail Server information and click Continue.


6. Specify Outgoing Mail Server, its Description, your User Name and Password.

Description: here you can type any description that will help you to identify this email address (e.g. Server Description).

Outgoing Mail Server: host2.domainname.com

User Name: enter your full DomainName email address (e.g. email@mysite.com).

Password: password for this email address.
 

Fill in all the required fields to move to the final step.

7. Review your account summary.
 

Reveiw your account summary and click Create if everything is correct.


Congratulations! Now you can start sending and receiving mail using Apple Mail.
